Move of the Day!

Your first success of the day should be being successful at taking care of YOU! Here's your total body move of today: Total Body Burpee... Hands down onto weights, hip the feet back into plank, push up (full or half), hip feet back in, pop up and curl weights to shoulder, then press weights all the way up.  Repeat how many you can for a minute, rest 30 seconds, then repeat! Do 3 rounds. Thank me later when you're super toned! ;)
