Move of the Day!

Happy Halloween! Last day of October, are you going out with a bang?! Try out this combo move with or without weights - increase as you get stronger. Modify the jump back and forward with steps if you need, press into those heels as you stand up straight, and be sure to squeeeeze those buns at the top to complete this move. Try 10-12 reps, 30 second break, and go for 3 rounds.
