Everywhere. Start with the little things that are stressing you out. Start with saying no to jumping in on the honking party when your’ stuck in traffic. Saying no to adding extra to your plate by taking on other people’s tasks. Then, once you’ve worked that willpower muscle, it will be easier to say no to certain foods at that holiday party ;)
