#FitmasChallenge Day 4

🎄Day 4 of your #fitmaschallenge is here!! Hope you guys have been keeping up so far. Keep pushing through! These are 4 super awesome upper body moves to build strength and tone your arms 💪🏽💪🏽 
• Balancing bicep curls
• Tricep kickbacks with a twist
• Half hanging chin ups
• Tricep Dips (use your arms, not your hips!) 
🎄 TIP #4: Don’t “SAVE YOUR APPETITE.” 
Whatever that means to you… don’t do it. If you don’t eat all day because you’re saving yourself to pig out at the holiday party buffet, you’re setting yourself up to FAIL. 🚫 🙅🏽 It makes it so much easier to go cray cray on all those calories that will be set in front of you. Not to mention if alcohol is involved as well. Have your own food to eat on the go, and it wouldn’t hurt to eat a small healthy 'snack' before the party either… lean protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grains, you get the point 😉
