🎄 It's DAY 5!!! Have you done Days 1-4 for our #fitmaschallenge yet?? Get to it! Have a very happy Friday with this Day 5 workout! Increase your energy levels by working out so you can shop, cook, work, and do everything with that extra OOMPH this weekend 😜😆💪🏽🎅•
• Squats - Basic, Narrow, Sumo (3 sets of 30 each)
• Lunges - Walking, Static/Pulsing (3 sets of 15 each leg)
• Step up with a knee lift (2 sets of 20 each leg)
🎄 TIP 5: Every little bit counts.
Even 15 minutes of workouts daily can help you maintain your fitness level! 15 minutes! 15 GREAT minutes (like these workouts 😉). You cannot still tell me that you don’t have time! Please l, retire that excuse.
