πŸŽ„ It's DAY 5!!!  Have you done Days 1-4 for our #fitmaschallenge yet?? Get to it! Have a very happy Friday with this Day 5 workout! Increase your energy levels by working out so you can shop, cook, work, and do everything with that extra OOMPH this weekend πŸ˜œπŸ˜†πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸŽ…β€’
β€’ Squats - Basic, Narrow, Sumo (3 sets of 30 each)
β€’ Lunges - Walking, Static/Pulsing (3 sets of 15 each leg)
β€’ Step up with a knee lift (2 sets of 20 each leg)
πŸŽ„ TIP 5: Every little bit counts. 
Even 15 minutes of workouts daily can help you maintain your fitness level! 15 minutes! 15 GREAT minutes (like these workouts πŸ˜‰).  You cannot still tell me that you don’t have time! Please l, retire that excuse.  Jumping rope for just 15 mins burns about 190 calories (Not that it’s all about calories); or doing a quick yoga session at home can help you stay flexible.  πŸ‘‰πŸ½ So what are you waiting for? πŸ‘ˆπŸ½Did you do the #fitmaschallenge workout for the day yet?? πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸŽ„Get to it and tag your workout buddy πŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈ to make sure they’re keeping up with YOU!!
