This one is an awesome calorie scorcher and works your entire body in less than 10 minutes! 9 moves, 1 minute each move, rest for the last minute. If you are hosting this holiday season, then this tip is for you! โ€” Get some tupperware you wouldnโ€™t care to part with, and send guests home with the leftovers. Help them to help YOU. lol. Then you donโ€™t have to fight with over-eating all that food for the rest of the week. Youโ€™re welcome ;) โ€ข
