Recipe for my Maple Pecan Vegan Chocolate Shake: 

 - 1 cup water, 1/2 frozen banana, 6 whole pecans, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, and 1 scoop of vegan chocolate Shakeology. Blend to perfection (I use my nutri-bullet) and enjoy!
