Work It Wednesday!

Here is your lower body burn for today! 
Levels 1 & 2 -- go for 1 minute, take 15 second break, then repeat ~ Go for at least 3 rounds! 
Level 3 -- Go for 1 minute, rest 30 seconds, then repeat for at least 3 rounds! 
Remember, suck it up now and do what you need to do so you won't have to suck it in later! ;)
