Stop using "I don't have time" as an excuse to not take care of your body! This workout is just 5 minutes (longer if you MAKE the time to). Complete each move for 1 minute, time yourself, take breaks if you need to or if your form starts to fade. Totally body workout in use 5 minutes a day, paired with clean eating will get you going towards those health and fitness goals you have!
