πŸ’ͺ🏽Move of the Day ~ Day 2!! πŸ’ͺ🏽 Reverse lunge with bicep curl, one side at a time and challenge your balance to involve your stabilizing muscles in your core!! (Or hold on to a chair/table/wall if you need πŸ˜‰). One leg steps back, keep front knee over ankle, then press into the front heel to activate the glutes and get back up, tap your back toe on the ground first - or just send that knee straight up for balance and lower corework while curling the weight to your shoulder. πŸ™ŒπŸ½ 
30 seconds on each side, keep repeating for 3-4 rounds.

Make a list or mind map of at least five reason why you love ourself. Post it in a place that you see everyday.

This is important for you to do. In order to get the love we deserve, we must first need to be able to give it to ourselves. I must admit, I am still struggling with loving all my flaws and appreciating who I am, so I'm doing this today as well. I have transformed in so many ways in the past 2 years and it makes me thankful that I am who I am today. Appreciate who you are too and how far you've come ❣ πŸ™‚
