Move of the Day #4!! Narrow squat (for outer thighs) with optional weight switch to challenge balance and core 😜💪🏽 Keep squeezing knees and feet together as you sink back into your heels. Press up into heels, hips forward, and switch weight to other hand. I keep my arm out to counterbalance 😉
Complete 1 minute, rest 10 seconds, and go again until you have completed 4 rounds. .

I will be using my courage today to speak live about something personal in my life. I’m not a video person - or I should say, I never used to be, but I know if I do something more, I will eventually squash out the fear that I have associated with it. Not everyone will understand what’s important to me and agree with my journey and I’m learning to be OK with that. You do you and I’ll do me.
Usually the thing we fear the most is what we NEED to do.
