Here's your NO equipment NO excuses workout that you can do anywhere in 7-30 mins (depending on how many rounds you bust out)! One minute each move, rest 30-60 seconds, and then repeat ALL for 2-4 rounds. You got this. The holidays are not catching up to you this year!

• High knees
• Squat Jumps
• Speed Skaters
• Switching Lunge Jumps
• Twisting Mountain Climbers
• Single Leg, alternating, V-Ups
